1. Definitions
- Affiliate: An individual or entity who registers to promote RoboAcademy’s courses/content through affiliate links or banners.
- Referred Customer: A person who clicks your affiliate link and registers or purchases a course on RoboAcademy.
- Commission/Payment: Revenue that affiliates are entitled to receive from successful customer referrals according to the terms and conditions.
- Validation Period: The time period RoboAcademy uses to verify that purchases have not been canceled or violated the terms.
- Effective Date: The date when this agreement comes into effect.
- Personal Data, PDPA: Definitions according to the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019).
2. Registration and Promotion Methods
Affiliates register through the form on the RoboAcademy website. Once approved, you will receive links or banners for promotion. You can place links/banners on your website, social media, blog, or other online channels. When people click through your link and successfully register/purchase courses, RoboAcademy will record that as a “successful referral” for you.
3. Commission Conditions
Commissions will be paid after the validation period (e.g., 30–60 days) to ensure there are no cancellations or refunds. The system will allow withdrawals (or payments) only when the accumulated amount reaches the minimum threshold. The company will pay in Thai Baht (THB) or other currencies as agreed. If the affiliate is in Thailand, the company may withhold tax at source according to law (e.g., 3%) before payment (commission is considered assessable income). For affiliates outside Thailand, there may be transfer fees and tax conditions of that country as agreed.
4. Prohibitions / Unacceptable Conditions
- Using affiliate links for yourself (registering through yourself to receive commission)
- Placing banners/links on illegal media, websites with pornographic content, gambling, or media that violate the law
- Modifying, editing, copying, deleting, or changing brand content, logos, or banner/link codes without permission
- Using spam methods, SEO fraud, impersonation, or creating fake traffic or automatic clicks, or any actions that cause RoboAcademy damage, loss of revenue, or reputation damage
- Advertising or making exaggerated course claims or deceiving consumers. If violations are found, RoboAcademy reserves the right to suspend or terminate affiliate status and cancel commission payments immediately.
5. Agreement Amendments
RoboAcademy reserves the right to modify or update this agreement without prior notice. When modified, the new agreement will be effective immediately upon publication on the website. Use after the amendment is considered acceptance of the new agreement by the affiliate.
6. Limitation of Liability & Termination
RoboAcademy is not responsible for indirect damages such as loss of income, business opportunities, etc. RoboAcademy may terminate your affiliate status immediately if you violate the agreement. Upon termination, promotional rights and commission entitlements from transactions occurring after termination will cease.
7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This agreement is governed by Thai law. In case of disputes, both parties agree to negotiate and mediate first. If no agreement can be reached, the matter shall be referred to a court with jurisdiction in Bangkok.
8. Other Terms
Rights and obligations under this agreement extend to successors, rights, or representatives of both parties. If any provision of this agreement is ruled void or unenforceable, other provisions shall remain in effect. The affiliate agrees to allow RoboAcademy to use their name/logo/portfolio examples on the website/advertising media to promote the affiliate program.
